The end of the first half term
We hope your start to this school year has been successful, and staff, students and families have now settled comfortably back into the rhythm of school life.
There have been lots of changes across the county, we have welcomed 30+ new Headteacher and Heads of School into post, the Teaching School Hubs both have new interim leads that are bringing some exciting developments, the school and community zone teams are beginning to get out and about supporting schools and we have created some new roles to enable more school leaders to contribute to the improvement of the entire landscape, EXCITING!
Over the next few weeks there are lots of opportunities to come together. We have the Autumn term Norfolk School Leaders Update, formerly Leadership Update on 1st November and then the second session of Headteacher Induction on 15th November. Other providers such as the LA, VNET and many of the hubs around the county are alos holding events. We hope to see you at many of these.
