ISSUE DELAYED FROM FRIDAY 26th to MONDAY 29th DUE TO SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Thank you to everyone that has expressed an interested in being part of our Headteacher Peer Support Groups, HPSG's. So many leaders have signed up and the first meetings of many of the groups have already been scheduled for next week! We hope these groups will prove extremely useful, offering new expertise and insights from colleagues from across the county you may not have had the opportunity to work with previously.

Norfolk Area SEND Multi-Agency (NASMA) Steering Group
This group met on 18th June, schools were represented by Teresa Doggett from Blofield Primary School.
The main agenda item was the Ofsted inspection of SEND provision in Norfolk, which was found to have 3 key weaknesses.

The Headteacher Peer Support Groups (HPSG’s) have been set up to help leaders in similar schools, part of their work will be discussing how they might address some of these priorities. We aim to provide you with information and examples of best practice addressing common priorities over the coming weeks.

The Education Support Partnership is an organisation we have been referring to over the last few years via our website, newsletters and their presence at our conferences.
They are offering two pilots over the summer, one offering supervision for school and MAT leaders and another peer to peer support network with colleagues across the country.
