Package options
Package 1 - Overnight stay in your own room, 2 day conference, dinner and evening entertainment
Package 2 - Overnight stay in twin room**2 day conference, dinner and evening entertainment
Package 3 - 2 day conference, dinner and evening entertainment
Package 3a - 2 day conference
Package 4 - 1 day conference
The dress code for the evening is smart casual, there will be a three course meal followed by dancing and drinks.
** Choice of package:
If you have chosen a shared room and have a preference of who that is with, please tell us the names of the person/people and their school. By doing so you confirm that you have consulted them! While we will endeavour to meet your requirements, please note that it may not always be possible. You will be told who you are sharing with an have the opportunity to change your booking, if you book by July 15th.
Terms and Conditions
All bookings will be confirmed within 7 working days (term time)
Invoices will be sent 7 days in advance of the conference
Cancellations of places until June 30th 2019 incur no charge, cancellations between 1st July and 31st August incur a 50% charge and any cancellations in September incur the full cost. A place can be swapped to another appropriate delegate.
