We are the association for Norfolk Headteachers, now more widely for Norfolk school leaders from Heads of School to CEO, regardless of whether interim of substantive. We are run for and by Norfolk School Leaders.
Our role is to support, advocate for and represent those leading mainstream settings in Norfolk. We seek leaders opinions on a regular basis via meetings and surveys, this helps us understand current pressure points or areas that are detrimentally impacting leaders wellbeing and workload. By understanding these things we can seek to improve them. This not only helps the leaders we serve but also their staff, students, families and wider communities.
