Who We Are

Welcome to Educate Norfolk, the Headteachers’ association for all Norfolk primary and secondary schools. Our organisation is led by and for Norfolk Headteachers, all of whom are passionate about improving outcomes for our young people by supporting, empowering and upskilling those leading their schools.

Each year we tackle some of the most poignant issues impacting on Headteachers, CEO's and their schools. For 2017-2018 two of the biggest things we focused on were information provision and school funding. For 2018-2019 we continue to focus on information provision and school funding difficulties, on top of this we are developing new CPD opportunities for Senior Leaders and cross boarder links to improve opportunities for both Norfolk educators and our young people.
