Transport support for pupils with symptoms

If a child in an educational setting displays symptoms and needs to go home, the setting would normally ring the family to collect them. If a family is genuinely unable to do this, and you have explored all possible options you can contact the local authority to see if they can support with transport.

Schools can email: niki.park@norfolk.gov.uk or call 01603 224351 for transport to be arranged.

For Health and Safety related questions:

contact the Health and Safety Team via healthandsafety@norfolk.gov.uk  or telephone 01603 573562.

For issues in relation to the operation or closing of the school:

contact Michelle Smith via schoolclosures@norfolk.gov.uk  or telephone 01603 222994 – who will ensure that you are contacted by a senior officer.

To report staff absences related to self-isolation:

contact Michelle Smith via michelle.smith@norfolk.gov.uk  or telephone 01603 222994
