Transport support for pupils with symptoms

If a child in an educational setting displays symptoms and needs to go home, the setting would normally ring the family to collect them. If a family is genuinely unable to do this, and you have explored all possible options you can contact the local authority to see if they can support with transport.

Schools can email: [email protected] or call 01603 224351 for transport to be arranged.

For Health and Safety related questions:

contact the Health and Safety Team via [email protected]  or telephone 01603 573562.

For issues in relation to the operation or closing of the school:

Please continue to use the Emergency School Closure site to inform the LA if your school is fully or partially closed to vulnerable children and the children of critical workers. Any other queries relating to the operation to your school contact [email protected]  or telephone 01603 222994
